1. Shipping Location
All orders are shipped from our office in Irvine, California 92614.
2. Processing Time
Orders with confirmed payment received by 3:00 PM PT are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed within 24 hours of confirmed payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders processed on Friday will typically ship the next business day, usually Monday.
3. Combined Shipping
We offer combined shipping for multiple-item orders whenever possible. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, package size, and order value.
4. Payment and Shipping Address
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout or through the payment processor.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct and complete before completing your payment. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient shipping address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient shipping address, the buyer may choose one of the following options:
- We can reship the order to the correct address, with the additional shipping cost paid by the buyer; or
- We can issue a refund after deducting the original shipping cost, if applicable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once the package has been shipped.
5. Domestic Shipping Time Frames — USA
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
USPS Ground Advantage: 3–10 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on USPS service conditions, holidays, weather, or other carrier delays.
6. International Shipping Time Frames
USPS First-Class Mail International: Estimated 30–45 days, depending on customs processing and the postal service in the destination country. Tracking may not be available for this shipping method.
USPS Priority Mail International: Estimated 10–20 days. This method is required for orders over $50 and includes tracking and insurance.
International delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal service delays, or other factors outside our control.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, the tracking number will be available on your order page.

8. Shipping Charges
All domestic and international shipping charges are displayed under the “Shipping and Payments” section before checkout.
9. Shipping Restrictions, Duties, and Taxes
We do not ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by country.
