1. Do you sell items on different platforms?

- Yes, we did sell on eBay since 2015 and please feel free to visit our eBay store.

2. How do i set up a return?

- Please visit our returns page and fill out a returns request.

 3. Can i return a strap if it has been worn?

- We only accept returns on items in new, unused condition. Once a strap is installed then removed is shows immediate signs of wear and thus the item cannot be re-sold.

4. Can you install a different colour/style buckle than shown in the listing?

- All our straps are only available with the buckle as shown in the description. We do carry several strap styles with more than one buckle finish. To find all the options for a particular model.

5. Do you have extra long or extra short band?

- We don’t carry extra short and extra long version at this time, but have plans to in the near future. For now, please note, most of straps fits wrist sizes 5.90 Inches to 8.00 Inches.

6. Will your straps fit any watch model?

- Most of our strap styles will fit almost any standard lug attachment watch. We also sell straps that are specially designed for specific watch models.

Some watches require a special band that has a specific end piece. Please check our measurement guide if you’re unsure if your watch requires a standard or non-standard strap.

7. How do i know what size strap will fit my watch?

- You must order the strap size that matches your watch’s lug width. This is measured in millimeters.
