Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
• Orders paid by 3:00 PM PT are processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays are processed within 24 hours of confirmed payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders processed on Friday will be shipped the next business day (usually Monday).
2. Combined Shipping
• We offer combined shipping for multiple items. Shipping costs depend on the total weight and value of the order.
3. Payment and Shipping Address
• For PayPal payments, orders are shipped to the confirmed address provided by PayPal.
4. Domestic Shipping Time Frames (USA)
• USPS First Class Mail: 3-10 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 business days
5. International Shipping Time Frames
• USPS International First Class Mail: Estimated 30-45 days (depending on customs and shipping services in the destination country). No tracking is available for this method.
• USPS Priority Mail International: 10-20 days. Required for orders over $50. Includes tracking and insurance.
6. Shipping Charges
• All domestic and international shipping charges are outlined under the “Shipping and Payments” section.
7. Restrictions and Duties
• We do not ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions.
• Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by country.
